How Septic Service Requests Work
GreenvilleSepticRepair.com is operated by Greenville Septic Repairs as an independent service-request platform and does not perform septic work. A request may be shared with one independent provider. That provider must confirm identity, availability, applicable licensing, scope, and pricing before work begins.
The lifecycle of a request
1. You submit. The form collects the service needed, urgency, location, and a callback number, plus optional detail that sharpens review — symptoms, system age, last pumping date, records.
2. The request is reviewed. Requests are checked against scope (septic work, not sewer or plumbing) and area (Greenville and nearby Upstate communities). Out-of-scope requests are declined rather than forced to fit.
3. A provider may accept it. The request may be shared with up to one independent septic service provider, which decides whether it fits its capabilities and schedule. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance.
4. The provider confirms directly with you. Before any work: identity, availability, applicable licensing, scope, timing, and pricing. You contract with the provider, not with this site.
Your protections and your part
- Verify licensing yourself through SCDES's licensed contractor and pumper/hauler resources before authorizing work.
- Get scope and price in writing before work begins.
- Keep receipts, reports, and permit documents afterward.
- Your information is used to process the request, as described in the privacy policy.
Any provider contacted through this site is an independent third party. Verify applicable licensing through SCDES before authorizing work. This site does not pre-screen, license, certify, or vouch for any provider.
Urgent requests receive the same routing as all other requests. Urgent submission does not guarantee immediate provider acceptance. If wastewater is entering living space, protect people first and reduce water use while you wait.
