That provider must confirm identity, availability, applicable licensing, scope, and pricing before work begins.

Information collected
Information you provide: when you submit a service request, the details you enter are collected — name, phone number, city or ZIP, and any optional information such as email, property address, property type, system history, and problem description.
Information collected automatically: standard technical data associated with a submission, including a hashed (not raw) IP identifier used for abuse prevention and rate limiting, browser user-agent, the page a request came from, and marketing attribution parameters (such as UTM tags or ad click identifiers) when present in the address you arrived from.
Calls: calls to the tracking number on this site are not currently recorded. Call metadata (time, duration, caller number) may be logged by the call tracking provider.
Analytics: when enabled, this site uses analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand how pages are used. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies. Clarity session recordings are configured to mask form fields containing personal information.
How information is used and shared
Service-request information is used to review, process, and route your request. It may be shared with up to one independent septic service provider so that provider can decide whether to accept the request and contact you. Personal information is not sold.
Information is also used to prevent abuse (rate limiting, spam filtering), to operate and secure the site, and — where you arrived via advertising — to measure which marketing brought legitimate requests.

Service providers that support this site (hosting, database, email delivery, call tracking, analytics) process data on their behalf under their own security obligations. Requests that cannot be stored normally may be encrypted and held in secure backup storage until they can be processed.

Retention, choices, and contact
